> My work is digital and digital only. I am not required to ship any physical goods.

> All work is for personal or private use only unless agreed upon by both parties.

As the artist, I retain all rights to my work and may use it for my own purposes, such as portfolios, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

> You must credit me (@Promptaa@MeowLovesPrompto) as the artist whenever the art is used and showcased.

> I have the right to decline commissions that I feel I cannot properly execute.

> You are committing to this commission just as much as the artist. No refunds are allowed after the sketching process. Other than that you will be able to do refunds.

> No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token). My commissioned and pre-existing work, cannot be minted into an NFT by a commissioner nor anyone else.

FURTHER TERMS:

> Turnaround: I aim to finish commissions within the same month they were accepted. But at times it may take up to 1 month to finish, depending on your slot number and my schedule.

> Full payment is preferred before I begin the commission, though Half payments are taken as well. If your slot is high, you may request to delay payment until I am closer to your slot.

> Work-in-progress sketches may be sent and asked for anytime!
